A sound bath is an immersion in the sounds and vibrational frequencies of quartz singing bowls tuned to the frequency of nature. The Session begins with a short guided meditation followed by the tones of the singing bowls. Your only job is to sit back and relax, and enjoy. Often in a relaxed state..

HAHA Conference

Every Month there will be new offerings for workshops, programs and mini retreats for family caregivers. These are made possible through the Exhale Initiative, funded by the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation, Health Foundation for Western & Central New York, Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation, and managed by The Philanthropic Initiative (TPI)

These programs are held at various sites throughout Erie
